Straw yellow with greenish highlights; acacia, hawthorn and tangerine; dry, savoury, tangerine and apple flavours.
Excellent as an aperitif or with gnocchi dumplings in melted butter or raw, grilled and oven-baked fish. Delicious with smoked ricotta and moderately mature cheeses.
